ABOUT ME: Artist. Graphic designer. Mum of twins. Entrepreneur. Part-time knitter, crafter, scrapbooker, gardener, and traveler. I enjoy documenting our life in the fast-changing pace of Shanghai living.
For Week 19 of #wanderlust2023 by guest teacher @iris.impressions.art I was suddenly feeling intimidated using pens for this lesson but decided to use my non-dominant hand to get past the fear of “making a mistake”. I love making these quirky faces. No. 294 An Yuan Road (安远路) built in 1935 and owned by a family surnamed Cai. Not much info about this shikumen style housing… Sometimes, collaging bits of papers and making it work for me is enough. This is my Week 18 of #wanderlust2023 by guest teacher @rarebirds. I love that this class was perfect especially for this particular week, when it's all been a rollercoaster.
