December Daily 2016 | Part 1

December! Where did it go? I’m still amazed at how the whole month went in a blur. I think it was more to do with the extra(ordinary) events that seem to happen within the month! Looking back, I am so happy that I managed to get a chance to do the December Daily and finish it within December! And to be honest, I’ve flipped through the pages so many times since, and seeing all we did never stop me from grinning and reminiscing of all those moments. So here is a look at half of my album; the latter half will be in a separate post…

(Pardon the glares, I need to take better photos…)

I was inspired from one of the blogs I follow, the way she did a collection of the wooden stars so I thought this could be interesting to go on the inside cover of the album.

All these pocket pages were from a couple years ago. So I had an issue that the holes were for 4-ring binders whereas the new ones have the 6-hole format. I ended up using Christmasy washi tapes to cover the existing holes and then punched new holes to match the ring binder.

I used a lot of leftover stuff from the past years as well as a lot of bits and pieces of collected paper scraps. The only thing I purchased this year was the album, journal cards, acrylic embellishment, one of this sticker sheet and an old Pebbles Inc. diecut chips. And of course, I used a lot of Ali Edwards products 🙂

Thank you for looking.
